O2 has informed us that it's new opt in service for O2 Travel, which was due to launch 15th June, has been delayed. The delay is due to a technical issue and O2 has not yet given a new date as to when this will be available.
Once launched, the new opt in service will allow customers to opt into O2 Travel by texting 'Travel' to 23336 instead of calling customer service. An update will be issued once O2 has confirmed when this service will be available.
