Disruption to EE Roaming Service
We have been made aware that EE is experiencing adhoc issues with data roaming which is not specific to any country but is affecting all customer groups - Small Business, Corporate and Consumer.
Customers who have been set up for roaming may be getting an error message to advise the service is not available and will not be able to make calls or use data.
EE are aware of the fault and it has been escalated to the Tech Team. As this is an IT fault, we are unable to assist with these particular queries at this time.
