We have just had notification that the Gigabit Voucher Scheme will be withdrawn with immediate effect.
We have been given two working days’ notice of this, which unfortunately means any orders not already on the system are unlikely to meet the deadline for funding. This also means any voucher requests which have been rejected either due to the customer not meeting eligibility criteria or not responding/validating their claim may also be unable to be re-requested.
Any orders that have been recently placed will go through the standard verification process and a voucher will be requested if possible, should this be in a position to proceed by the deadline on Thursday 1PM.
Our registry team will attempt to prioritise any GVS orders, although of course this will be a best endeavours basis and we recommend highlighting any orders immediately or by the end of the day at the latest to your Account Manager.
Where a customer is not able to achieve funding through the scheme, pricing will fall back to standard pricing, although a promotional offer may be released in the future (more details will be released if there is sufficient demand for this).
If you have any questions about this, please do speak to your Account Manager.
